Prawn Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 whole avocado
1 kg prawns..shelled
Stoney Valley Capers - pepper and salt to taste
- sauce
Method
1) Mix equal parts mayonnaise (of choice) and tomato sauce. Add worcestershire sauce to taste. (We love LOTS of “worsty’)
2) Mix til all combined then drizzle over salad.
3) Serve all on a platter and toss Capers over to garnish.
